For years I have been wishing for two things: a folding screen and a pinnboard. The folding screen I wanted to be able to close the big passage between eating and living room. So that I need not see my son’s lego paradise there, or that the children playing there do not feel monitored when their mothers are drinking coffee next door. Since last week I am fighting with embroidering a quilt pattern. Either the thread snaps or is making bird’s nests, under the embroidery or in the upper thread way. Every 100 stitches one or other problem occurs.Continue reading “Little notch – big issue”
A colleque of mine is building her home these one and a half years and coming to a close. So I made her this keyfob in her favorite colours and her monogram as a small birthday present. It is only a trifle, but personal and made with love.
